Integrations

How to use integrations

Integrations take the work out of getting your important content into your cubbies. Each cubby can have unlimited of any integrations. We support several, including (as of May 3rd, 2024)

  • Twitter Bookmarks
  • Podcast subscriptions
  • YouTube subscriptions
  • Email newsletters
  • RSS feeds

You can add them from your cubby settings in the “integrations” tab, and once added they’ll begin making posts in the cubby that they live in.

Twitter bookmarks

Once you add a Twitter bookmarks integration, every new tweet you bookmark will get added when we sync your account. This happens automatically about every 30 minutes, but you can also force it to go faster by clicking the integration and hitting the sync button.

Email integration (keywords)

Add your newsletters by creating an inbox for your Cubby! Anything you send to your address that we create for you will be imported and viewable just like in your regular email client. Emails come with everything that other contents do in Cubby, like annotations and summaries.

You can also set up required keywords which will only include emails that contain those keywords, or muted keywords that will block out any emails that contain those keywords.

Podcasts integration

Search for a podcast, or use its RSS link, to subscribe. Every new episode will be posted and transcribed in your cubby. We’ll check for new content on a 30 minute interval but, if you know an episode has been posted, you can force a sync.

YouTube integration

This works just like the podcast integration but with YouTube videos. Every new video from a channel you subscribe to in Cubby will get added with a transcription.

RSS feeds

Similar to our YouTube & Podcast integrations, RSS feeds will bring in new content as articles and sync every 30 minutes with the option to force a sync if you need to.
